We process personal data collected through this website only on the basis of your consent, or where a legitimate use recognised by section 7 of the DPDP Act applies. We do not ask for any government-issued identity number, financial account or payment information, or any other sensitive information through the forms on this website; please do not include such information in the free-text fields.

Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to: (a) obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed, together with the identities of any other data fiduciaries and processors with whom it has been shared and a description of the data shared; (b) have your personal data corrected, completed or updated; (c) have your personal data erased, unless we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation; (d) readily available means of grievance redressal in respect of any act or omission by us; and (e) nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity. To exercise any of these rights, write to our Data Protection Officer using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. You also have duties under the DPDP Act: not to impersonate another person when providing personal data, not to suppress material information, and not to file a false or frivolous grievance.
Consent and Withdrawal of Consent

Retention and Erasure
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and will in any event erase it when you withdraw consent or when the purpose is no longer being served, unless retention is required to comply with a legal obligation. Children

Transfers Outside India
Personal data collected through this website is stored and processed in India. Where a service provider processes it outside India, we do so only to a country not restricted by the Central Government under section 16 of the DPDP Act and under a written contract imposing equivalent protection.
